抹茶红豆发糕
【材料】:
發糕粉 300g,抹茶粉 9g,水 180g,細砂糖 165g,蜜紅豆 60g。
【做法】:
1.先將發糕粉和抹茶粉一起過篩。
2.將作法1及水、細砂糖放入鋼盆中,以打蛋器攪拌至無
糖顆粒狀的麵糊,靜置約20分鐘。
3.蒸鍋預熱至水開,將作法2的麵糊裝入模型中,撒上蜜
紅豆,放入蒸籠以中火蒸約20分左右即可取出。
