韓式煎雞扒


煎雞扒想肉質嫩滑,一定要加蓋焗約一分鐘,待倒汗水循環令雞肉不至流失水份,然後再煎封外皮令肉汁鎖在雞肉內,這便可輕易煮出嫩滑雞肉來.
