巧克力磅蛋糕

想失敗都很難！磅蛋糕是短時間內最快速簡單可以烤好的蛋糕， 隨著加入材料的不同，變化出不同口味的蛋糕～

双色双味黄金蛋糕 （班兰和巧克力)

[ 材料 ] :
( A )奶油/牛油-60g，
( B )低筋面粉-50g，玉米粉-10g，
( C ) 全蛋-1个，蛋黄-5个，
( D ) 温热的牛奶-55g，
( E ) 蛋白-5个，细砂糖-60g，塔塔粉 - 1/4tsp。

[ 做法 ]：
1）将A奶油加热煮沸。
2）B过筛，加入（1）做法。
3）然后加入（C ) 伴匀。
4）然后加入 ( D ) 拌匀。
5）将（E ) 打至硬性发包后，分3次加入做法（4）拌匀。
6) 将面糊分成两份，一份加入班兰paste，另一份加入巧克力paste/chocolate emulco。
（7）分别装进两个挤花袋 。
（8）挤出一条条的花纹，交换的挤在烤盘里（先挤班兰的，然后挤巧克力的），挤完一层，就再挤第二层，跟着第三层，一直挤完为止。
（9）最后放入预热140度的烤炉，以水浴法烘50分钟即可。

蒸浓巧克力蛋糕 Steam Chocolate Cake

不要烤， 用蒸的! 【浓巧克力蛋糕】
Steam Moist Chocolate Cake 
【食谱】：
（A）
牛油 180g
细糖 160g
淡奶精 200g
香草精 1/2tsp
兰姆酒 2tbsp

（B）
蛋 2粒, 稍微打散。

（C）
面粉 100g
可可粉 50g
发粉 1/2tsp
苏打粉 1/2tsp
【做法】：
1.把A材料放入平底锅， 开小火， 直到糖和奶油溶化， 熄火， 保温。
2.将B加入A材料中， 搅匀。
3.筛入C的粉类进入蛋液面糊， 搅拌至匀。
4.把蛋糕放入杯子， 或者8寸的圆烤盘。
5. 放入蒸炉，在烤盘上盖上锡纸。
6.大概蒸45分钟。

因为方便吃， 所以把它们弄成杯子蛋糕， 大概蒸了30分钟。 上面的巧克力酱是用黑巧克力溶化， 然后加一些牛奶， 混合而成的， 然后放上草莓， 就大功告成了。
